FAQs

  • What do tune ups include?

    Tune-ups include a safety check, lubrication of all moving parts, operation check, refrigerant level check, inspection of control and safety switches, inspection of electrical wiring in the indoor and outdoor units, ductwork for contamination, air filter cleaning or replacement (as required), sanitization of air handler (as needed), blower wheel check, condenser coil check & cleaning and leak checks in ductwork.

  • What are the terms and conditions?

    Terms and Conditions:

    • Repair Services will be provided during normal working hours at a discounted published labor rate.
    • Parts not covered by warranty will be charged at published rates less 15% (VIP discount).
    • Repair workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from date of repair.
    • Agreement may be cancelled at any time; 15% cancellation charge applies.
    • Cancellations require a written request.
    • Warranty work is performed Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

  • How often do I have to pay?

    We understand that there are a variety of payment plans and preferences out there. Our goal is to ensure that every one of our customers feels taken care of. That’s why we provide the ability to choose to pay your plan either annually or semi-annually. This allows our customers further flexibility when selecting the option that works for them and their family or business best.
